Syntenin-1 Antibody (C-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects syntenin-1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-syntenin-1 antibody (C-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Syntenin-1, also known as syndecan binding protein, melanoma differentiation-associated protein 9, or proTGF-alpha cytoplasmic domain-interacting protein 18, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and adhesion by binding to cytoplasmic domains of syndecans, which are integral membrane proteins involved in cell-matrix interactions.
