SEE ALSO...

Syntaxin 3 Antibody (D-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Syntaxin 3 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Syntaxin 3 antibody (D-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Syntaxin 3 plays a crucial role in vesicular transport, essential for eukaryotic cell survival. Syntaxin 3 belongs to the SNARE (soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptor) family, vital for synaptic vesicle fusion with plasma membrane. Syntaxin 3 localizes to apical plasma membrane, participating in membrane fusion processes of apical trafficking pathways. Proper functioning of Syntaxin 3 is critical for neurite growth and serves as a direct target for arachidonic acid, highlighting significance in neuronal signaling and development. Human Syntaxin 3 exists in two forms, Syntaxin 3A and 3B, while mouse variants include four forms: 3A, 3B, 3C, and 3D, each contributing to diverse cellular processes.
