Syne-2 Antibody (D-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects synaptic nuclear envelope protein 2 (Syne-2) in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Syne-2 is a crucial component of the nuclear envelope, where Syne-2 plays a significant role in maintaining the structural integrity of the nucleus and facilitating communication between the nucleus and the cytoskeleton. Syne-2 interacts with emerin and Lamin A, which are essential for nuclear stability and organization.
