Synaptojanin 1 Antibody (5H1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Synaptojanin 1 of mouse, rat, and, to a lesser extent, human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). Anti-Synaptojanin 1 antibody (5H1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Synaptojanin 1 plays a crucial role in synaptic vesicle endocytosis, which is essential for neurotransmitter recycling and maintaining synaptic function. Synaptojanin 1 is primarily located in the brain, where this protein is involved in the regulation of the actin cytoskeleton and the dynamics of synaptic vesicles.
