Synaptogyrin-3 Antibody (E-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Synaptogyrin-3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Synaptogyrin-3 antibody (E-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Synaptogyrin-3 plays a crucial role in synaptic transmission, as Synaptogyrin-3 is primarily localized in synaptic vesicles within the presynaptic terminals of neurons, where Synaptogyrin-3 is involved in the regulation of neurotransmitter release.
