symplekin Antibody (G-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects symplekin protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). symplekin (G-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Symplekin, also known as SYMPK, SPK, or SYM, is a crucial regulatory protein that plays a significant role in the nucleus, cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, and cell junctions. Symplekin is expressed in diverse tissues such as the testis, pancreas, stomach, liver, and fetal brain, where symplekin mediates polyadenylation events and promotes gene expression.
