SUV3 Antibody (E-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects SUV3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SUV3 (E-1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SUV3, also known as SUPV3L1 (suppressor of var1, 3-like 1), is a crucial 786 amino acid protein localized in both nucleus and mitochondrial matrix, where SUV3 plays a significant role in cellular processes. SUV3 contains one helicase C-terminal domain and one helicase ATP-binding domain, which are essential for functioning as an ATPase DNA/RNA helicase. SUV3′s ability to maintain mitochondrial homeostasis and protect cells from apoptosis underscores SUV3′s importance in cellular health and function.
