Survivin Antibody (D-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects survivin of mouse, rat, and human origin through applications such as western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Survivin (D-8) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. survivin plays a crucial role in regulating cell division and inhibiting apoptosis, particularly during the G2/M phase of the cell cycle, where survivin associates with microtubules of the mitotic spindle.
