SULT4A1 Antibody (H-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects SULT4A1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SULT4A1, also known as brain sulfotransferase-like protein, nervous system sulfotransferase, and SULTX3, is a 284 amino acid protein predominantly localized in the cytoplasm. As a member of the sulfotransferase family, anti-SULT4A1 antibody (H-4) targets a protein crucial for the sulfation process, which enhances the water solubility of compounds, thereby facilitating their renal excretion and contributing to the formation of active metabolites.
