Stat5a Antibody (H-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody, specifically designed to target the Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 5A (Stat5a), also known as STAT5A. Anti-Stat5a antibody (H-2) effectively recognizes Stat5a proteins from mouse, rat, and human species and is validated for use in western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) applications. Stat5a plays a crucial role in the JAK-STAT signaling pathway, mediating responses to a variety of cytokines and growth factors such as IL-2, IL-3, erythropoietin, and growth hormone.
