    SEE ALSO...

Stat5a Antibody (H-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody, specifically designed to target the Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 5A (Stat5a), also known as STAT5A. Anti-Stat5a antibody (H-2) effectively recognizes Stat5a proteins from mouse, rat, and human species and is validated for use in western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) applications. Stat5a plays a crucial role in the JAK-STAT signaling pathway, mediating responses to a variety of cytokines and growth factors such as IL-2, IL-3, erythropoietin, and growth hormone. Upon activation, Stat5a undergoes phosphorylation, which allows for dimerization and translocation to the nucleus where Stat5a regulates the expression of genes involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. This function is essential for the development and maintenance of the immune system, hematopoiesis, and mammary gland development. Stat5a monoclonal antibody (H-2), targeting an epitope spanning amino acids 767-793 at the C-terminus of Stat5a, is critical for protein interaction with DNA and other transcriptional regulators, ensuring proper gene expression control. Dysregulation of Stat5a activity has been linked to various cancers and immune disorders, underscoring its importance in both normal physiology and disease states. Anti-Stat5a antibody (H-2) provides researchers with a valuable tool for investigating the molecular mechanisms that drive cellular growth, differentiation, and oncogenesis.
