Stat5a, also known as Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 5A or STAT5A, is a critical transcription factor involved in the JAK-STAT signaling pathway, mediating cellular responses to a variety of cytokines and growth factors such as interleukins (e.g., IL-2, IL-3), erythropoietin, and growth hormone.
