STAM Antibody (B-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects STAM protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). STAM (B-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. STAM protein plays a crucial role in signaling pathways activated by cytokines, particularly in the context of interleukin-2 (IL-2) receptor.
