SRY Antibody (D-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects SRY protein of mouse and rat origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-SRY antibody (D-11) is available as the non-conjugated form. SRY (sex-determining region Y protein) plays a crucial role as a transcriptional activator necessary for male sex determination in mammals, functioning as a key regulator in the development of the male reproductive system.
