SRP9 Antibody (G-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects SRP9 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SRP9 Antibody (G-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SRP9 plays a critical role in the function of the signal recognition particle (SRP), a ribonucleoprotein complex essential for targeting nascent proteins to the endoplasmic reticulum, thereby facilitating proper protein synthesis and localization within the cell.
