    SRCRB4D Antibody (A-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects SRCRB4D protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SRCRB4D (A-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SRCRB4D protein, also known as scavenger receptor cysteine-rich domain containing, group B (4 domains), is a 575 amino acid member of the scavenger receptor cysteine-rich superfamily, which plays a crucial role in immune system development and regulation. SRCRB4D protein is primarily located on the cell surface and is secreted, where SRCRB4D mediates endocytosis and degradation of chemically modified low-density lipoproteins, such as acetylated LDL and oxidized LDL. SRCRB4D presence in various tissues underscores its importance in innate and adaptive immune responses, as SRCRB4D helps clear modified lipoproteins that can contribute to atherosclerosis and other inflammatory conditions. Notably, SRCRB4D contains four highly conserved SRCR domains characterized by a unique intradomain disulfide-bond pattern formed by eight evenly spaced cysteines, which is essential for structural integrity and functional interactions. anti-SRCRB4D antibody (A-10) serves as an invaluable tool for researchers studying lipid metabolism and immune response mechanisms.

    We recommend loading 40–60 µg whole cell lysate, 10–20 µg nuclear extract, 5-10 µg transfected lysate, or 10–20 ng purified protein per lane.
