Sox-4 Antibody (B-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Sox-4 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Sox-4 (B-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Sox-4 plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression during development, particularly in differentiating various cell types. Sox-4 functions as a transcription factor that binds to specific DNA sequences, influencing target gene transcription involved in cell fate determination and developmental processes. Sox-4′s ability to modulate these pathways is vital for proper embryonic development and tissue homeostasis, and Sox-4 dysregulation has been implicated in several human diseases, including certain cancers and developmental disorders.
