SNX3 Antibody (G-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects SNX3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SNX3 (G-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SNX3 plays a crucial role in intracellular trafficking and sorting of membrane proteins, which is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and regulating signal transduction pathways. SNX3 is primarily located in the endosomes, where SNX3 interacts with other sorting nexins and proteins to facilitate the transport of receptors, such as the epidermal growth factor receptor, to lysosomes for degradation. This process is essential for controlling receptor levels on the cell surface and ensuring proper cellular responses to external signals.
