SNX20 Antibody (E-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects SNX20 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SNX20 (E-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SNX20 protein, also known as sorting nexin 20 or SLIC1 (selectin ligand-interactor cytoplasmic 1), plays a crucial role in cellular processes by cycling P-selectin glycoprotein ligand 1 (PSGL-1) into endosomes, which is essential for regulating cell adhesion and migration. This 316 amino acid protein is localized in the nucleus, cytoplasm, cell membrane, and endosomes, and contains a PX (phox homology) domain that facilitates interaction with specific phospholipids. SNX20′s ability to form protein-protein complexes and involvement in endosomal sorting highlight importance in membrane trafficking and protein sorting pathways. Additionally, SNX20 exists as four alternatively spliced isoforms, further diversifying functional roles within the cell.
