SNX18 Antibody (F-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects SNX18 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SNX18 (F-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SNX18, also known as sorting nexin-associated Golgi protein 1 (SNAG1), plays a crucial role in intracellular trafficking, particularly in sorting and transport of proteins within cells. SNX18 is localized to the intracytoplasmic membrane and contains a phox homology domain and a SH2 domain, which are essential for membrane dynamics and protein interactions. Two isoforms of SNX18, resulting from alternative splicing, highlight the complexity of regulatory mechanisms and potential functional diversity. Understanding SNX18′s role in cellular processes is vital, as SNX18 may influence various pathways related to membrane trafficking, endosomal recycling, and protein sorting, thereby impacting cellular homeostasis and signaling.
