SEE ALSO...

Siva Antibody (H-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Siva in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Siva (H-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Siva plays a crucial role in apoptosis by interacting with the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) family member CD27, which is essential for mediating apoptotic signals. This interaction helps regulate immune responses and maintain homeostasis within the immune system. CD27 binding with Siva facilitates the recruitment of downstream signaling molecules, thereby promoting apoptosis in activated T cells. Understanding Siva function and interactions is vital for elucidating the mechanisms of immune regulation and potential implications in autoimmune diseases and cancer therapies.
