SEE ALSO...

Siva Antibody (F-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Siva protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Siva antibody (F-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Siva protein plays a crucial role in apoptosis by interacting with the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) family member CD27, which is essential for mediating apoptotic signals. This interaction helps regulate immune responses and maintain homeostasis within the immune system. Siva protein contains a death domain that facilitates binding to CD27, thereby promoting apoptosis in activated T cells. Understanding Siva function in apoptosis is vital, as dysregulation of this process can lead to various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancer. Using Siva (F-1) antibody in research can provide insights into the mechanisms of apoptosis and Siva′s role in immune regulation, making this antibody an invaluable tool for studies focused on cell death and survival pathways.
