SEE ALSO...

Sin Antibody (13) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Sin protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). anti-Sin antibody (13) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose and horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sin protein, also known as Src interacting or signal integrating protein, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways by interacting with several key proteins, including p130 Cas and Cas-L. These interactions are vital for mediating the effects of oncogenic tyrosine kinases, which are implicated in cancer progression. Sin contains SH2 and SH3 domains that facilitate binding to other signaling molecules, thereby influencing processes such as cell adhesion, migration, and proliferation. Sin′s ability to activate Src further underscores Sin′s importance in oncogenic signaling, making Sin a significant target for research in cancer biology. Sin monoclonal antibody (13) enables valuable insights into complex signaling networks that govern cellular behavior in various physiological and pathological contexts.
