SH-PTP2 Antibody (H-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects SH-PTP2 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SH-PTP2, also known as PTP1D or Syp, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling by dephosphorylating tyrosine residues on proteins, thereby regulating various signaling pathways that are essential for cell growth, differentiation, and metabolism. SH-PTP2 is predominantly expressed in hematopoietic tissues, where SH-PTP2 is involved in the negative regulation of receptor tyrosine kinases, which are vital for the proper functioning of immune responses.
