SERCA1 Antibody (G-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects SERCA1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SERCA1, a member of the sarcoplasmic or endoplasmic reticulum calcium ATPase family, plays a crucial role in muscle physiology by mediating the uptake of calcium ions into the sarcoplasmic reticulum, which is essential for muscle contraction and relaxation.
