SCUBE3 Antibody (G-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects SCUBE3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SCUBE3 Antibody (G-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SCUBE3, also known as CEGF3, is a novel secreted protein consisting of 993 amino acids that plays a crucial role in bone cell biology, particularly in osteoblast function and differentiation.
