Sam 68 Antibody (7-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Sam 68 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Sam 68 (7-1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Sam 68 protein plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and is known for its function as a substrate for Src family tyrosine kinases during mitosis, which is vital for proper cell division and signaling pathways.
