RXRγ Antibody (G-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects RXRγ in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RXRγ, a member of the retinoid X receptor family, plays a crucial role in mediating retinoic acid effects, vital for various biological processes including cell differentiation, growth, and development. RXRγ is predominantly located in the nucleus, functioning as a transcription factor that regulates gene expression in response to retinoid signaling.
