    SEE ALSO...

RWDD4A Antibody (C-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects RWDD4A protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-RWDD4A antibody (C-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RWDD4A, also known as RWD domain-containing protein 4, consists of 188 amino acids and features a single RWD domain, which is crucial for protein-protein interactions and plays a significant role in various cellular processes, including stress response and protein degradation pathways. The presence of the RWD domain facilitates RWDD4A binding to other proteins, potentially influencing their stability and function, thereby impacting cellular homeostasis. RWDD4 gene is highly conserved across multiple species, including chimpanzees, cows, mice, rats, chickens, zebrafish, fruit flies, and mosquitoes, and is located on human chromosome 4q35.1, a region that harbors nearly 900 genes and is associated with several genetic disorders. Understanding RWDD4A function and interactions is essential for elucidating its role in health and disease, particularly in conditions linked to chromosome 4 abnormalities.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-377462 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: TinTin
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
