RT1-B Antibody (F17-23-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects RT1-B in mouse and rat samples through immunofluorescence (IF) and flow cytometry (FCM) applications. RT1-B monoclonal antibody (F17-23-2) recognizes a crucial component of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) in rats, consisting of a protein dimer formed by an alpha and beta glycoprotein chain, which is homologous to the I-A and I-E genes found in the mouse H-2 complex.
