RSL1D1 Antibody (G-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects RSL1D1 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RSL1D1 (G-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RSL1D1, also known as ribosomal L1 domain containing 1 or CATX-11, is a 490 amino acid nuclear protein that plays a crucial role in ribosome biogenesis and cellular stress responses. RSL1D1 is primarily expressed in the placenta and is characterized by numerous phosphorylated amino acid residues, which are essential for regulating gene expression and cellular signaling pathways. RSL1D1 is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 16p13.13, a region associated with various genetic disorders, including giant axonal neuropathy and Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome. RSL1D1′s presence in the nucleus highlights its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to stress, making RSL1D1 a significant target for research in cellular senescence and related diseases.
