RSL1D1 Antibody (E-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects RSL1D1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RSL1D1 (E-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RSL1D1, also known as CATX-11, PBK1, L12, or CSIG, is a 490 amino acid nuclear protein that belongs to the ribosomal protein L1P family and plays a crucial role in ribosome biogenesis and cellular stress responses. RSL1D1 expression in the placenta highlights its importance in developmental processes, while the presence of numerous phosphorylated amino acid residues suggests that post-translational modifications may regulate RSL1D1 function and interactions with other proteins. RSL1D1 is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 16p13.13, a region associated with various genetic disorders, including giant axonal neuropathy and Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome, which underscores RSL1D1 significance in both normal physiology and disease states. RSL1D1 ability to interact with specific proteins involved in cellular signaling pathways further emphasizes RSL1D1 potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target in research and clinical applications.
