RORγ Antibody (D-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects RORγ protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RORγ Antibody (D-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RORγ protein, a member of the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily, plays a crucial role in regulating immune responses and is particularly important in the differentiation of T helper 17 (Th17) cells, which are essential for combating certain pathogens and are implicated in autoimmune diseases. RORγ is primarily located in the nucleus, where RORγ functions as a transcription factor by binding to specific DNA sequences known as hormone response elements (HREs).
