How can Ron α (C-5): sc-393523 mouse monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

Asked by: TinTin
In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This antibody is available conjugated to HRP (sc-393523 HRP), phycoerythrin (sc-393523 PE), fluoroscein (sc-393523 FITC) and AlexaFluors.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Potent and very specific antibody This monoclonal antibody was independently tested in-house by Kinexus Bioinformatics Corporation and validated for use for Western blotting. Possible strong detection of the target protein in mouse tissues (brain/testes/thymus/muscle mix). The detected protein was ~70 kDa, but it is expected to be closer to 40 kDa. No other major cross-reactivities were observed at 2 µg/ml antibody concentration with off-target proteins in the mouse tissues tested.
