Rock-1 Antibody (G-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody specifically engineered to detect Rho-associated, coiled-coil containing protein kinase 1 (Rock-1), across multiple species including mouse, rat, and human. Rock-1 monoclonal antibody (G-6) targets an epitope within amino acids 755-840 of the human Rock-1 protein, ensuring precise detection in applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
