    SEE ALSO...

RNH1 Antibody (D-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects RNH1 in mouse and rat samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RNH1, known as the placental ribonuclease inhibitor, is a crucial 460-amino acid protein characterized by a high content of leucine and cysteine residues, which contributes to structural stability and functional versatility. RNH1 plays a vital role in regulating mRNA turnover by binding to and inhibiting a wide range of intracellular and extracellular ribonucleases, effectively keeping them in a latent form. Notably, RNH1 also interacts with angiogenin, a member of the RNase A superfamily, thereby inhibiting angiogenesis—a process essential for tumor growth and metastasis. By modulating angiogenesis, RNH1 may have significant implications in cancer gene therapy, making RNH1 a valuable target for therapeutic interventions. Anti-RNH1 antibody (D-3) is an essential tool for researchers investigating the complex roles of ribonuclease inhibitors in cellular processes and disease mechanisms.
