RNF181 Antibody (F-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects RNF181 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RNF181 Antibody (F-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RNF181, consisting of 153 amino acids, features a RING-type zinc finger motif, which is crucial for its role in the ubiquitination pathway of protein degradation. RNF181 expression is highest in the liver and heart, with moderate levels found in the placenta, lung, kidney, and pancreas, while lower levels are observed in the brain and skeletal muscle.
