RNF126 Antibody (C-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects RNF126 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-RNF126 antibody (C-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. RNF126, also known as RING finger protein 126, plays a crucial role in cellular processes through its RING-type zinc finger domain, which is essential for mediating protein-protein and protein-DNA interactions. This domain allows RNF126 to function as an E3 ubiquitin ligase, facilitating the ubiquitination of target proteins, a process vital for regulating protein degradation and cellular signaling pathways. RNF126 interacts with TRAF6, a key player in immune response signaling, and BAT3, which is involved in apoptosis regulation. A conserved cysteine-rich domain that binds zinc ions underscores RNF126′s structural integrity for functional roles.
