RIP Antibody (C-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody raised against amino acids 465-671 mapping at the C-terminus of receptor-interacting protein (RIP) of human origin, detecting RIP proteins of mouse and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RIP, also known as receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 1 (RIPK1), is a crucial kinase involved in mediating apoptosis and necroptosis, forms of programmed cell death essential for development and immune regulation.
