Ribophorin II Antibody (A-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Ribophorin II (RPN2) of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-RPN2 antibody (A-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RPN2 plays a crucial role in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) by being an integral component of the oligosaccharyltransferase (OST) complex, which is essential for the cotranslational N-glycosylation of newly synthesized polypeptides.
