Rhotekin Antibody (B-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Rhotekin protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Rhotekin (B-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Rhotekin plays a crucial role in regulating actin-based cytoskeletal structures, which are essential for maintaining cell shape, motility, and division. Specifically, Rhotekin interacts with Rho GTPases, acting as a downstream effector that influences stress fiber organization and focal adhesions, thereby facilitating processes such as cytokinesis.
