SEE ALSO...

Rho GDIγ Antibody (E-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Rho GDI gamma protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Rho GDIγ antibody (E-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Rho GDI gamma protein plays a crucial role in regulating the activity of Rho GTPases, which are pivotal in controlling various cellular processes such as cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and cell cycle progression. By binding to the active GTP-bound form of Rho proteins, Rho GDI gamma inhibits their interaction with downstream effectors, thereby preventing inappropriate signaling that could lead to pathological conditions, including cancer and cardiovascular diseases. Regulation of Rho GTPases by Rho GDI gamma is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and ensuring proper cellular responses to external stimuli. Additionally, Rho GDI gamma interacts with several members of the Ras superfamily, including Rho A, Rho B, Rac, and Cdc42, highlighting its importance in a network of signaling pathways that govern cell behavior.
