RFC1 Antibody (B-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects RFC1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-RFC1 antibody (B-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The replication factor C (RFC) complex plays a critical role in DNA metabolism, particularly in DNA replication, repair, and telomere maintenance, making RFC essential for cellular function and genomic stability. RFC is a heteropentameric complex that recognizes a primer on a template DNA, binds to the primer terminus, and loads proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) onto DNA at primer-template junctions in an ATP-dependent manner.
