REXO2 Antibody (H-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects REXO2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). REXO2 (H-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. REXO2, also known as RNA exonuclease 2, plays a crucial role in RNA metabolism, functioning as a 3′-to-5′ exoribonuclease that degrades single-stranded RNA and DNA. This activity is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis, as REXO2 is involved in RNA processing and degradation, which are essential for proper gene expression and cellular responses to stress.
