Resistin-like β Antibody (H-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects resistin-like beta protein of mouse and rat origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-resistin-like β antibody (H-8) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Resistin-like beta protein, a member of the resistin family, is primarily expressed in the gastrointestinal tract, particularly in the colon, where high levels are found in proliferative epithelial cells. This expression pattern suggests a potential role for resistin-like β in intestinal proliferation and tumorigenesis, highlighting importance in gastrointestinal health and disease.
