Rbx1 Antibody (E-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Rbx1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Rbx1 antibody (E-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Rbx1, also known as ROC1 or Hrt1, plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, functioning as a key component of the SCF (Skp1-Cdc53-F-box protein) ubiquitin ligase complex. This complex is essential for the ubiquitination of various target proteins, including G1 cyclins, IkBa, and β-catenin, which are critical for regulating cell cycle progression and maintaining cellular homeostasis. Rbx1′s interaction with Cullin-1 enhances the ubiquitin ligase activity of the SCF complex, thereby facilitating the targeted degradation of proteins that control cell division and signaling pathways.
