    SEE ALSO...

RBM3 Antibody (A-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects RBM3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RBM3 (A-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RBM3, also known as RNA binding motif (RNP1, RRM) protein 3 or RNPL, is a 157 amino acid protein characterized by the presence of one RNA recognition motif (RRM) domain and undergoes post-translational dimethylation, which can influence stability and function. RBM3 plays a crucial role in cellular responses to stress, particularly during cold shock and low oxygen conditions, and functions as a proto-oncogene, potentially contributing to tumor transformation and metastasis. RBM3 gene is located on the X chromosome, which is significant not only for its role in sex determination but also for its association with various genetic disorders when abnormalities occur in sex chromosome number or structure. Understanding RBM3 function and regulation is essential for elucidating its involvement in cancer biology and other physiological processes, making anti-RBM3 antibody (A-7) a valuable tool for researchers studying these critical pathways.
