RASSF3 Antibody (E-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects RASSF3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-RASSF3 antibody (E-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RASSF3 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in regulating cell proliferation and apoptosis, making RASSF3 an important factor in cancer biology. Located in the cytoplasm, RASSF3 interacts with Ras protein, which is essential for transmitting signals from cell surface receptors to downstream effectors. This interaction maintains normal cellular functions and prevents uncontrolled cell growth. RASSF3 belongs to the Ras association domain family, which includes RASSF1, RASSF2, and RASSF4, all sharing a conserved Ras association domain and functioning as tumor suppressors. RASSF3 expression in both normal and cancerous tissues highlights RASSF3′s significance in tumorigenesis and potential for targeting in cancer therapies. RASSF3 exists in three isoforms—RASSF3A, RASSF3B, and RASSF3C—resulting from alternative splicing, with RASSF3A being the longest and containing both RA and SARAH domains, while shorter isoforms lack these critical domains.
