RASSF2 Antibody (E-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects RASSF2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-RASSF2 antibody (E-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RASSF2 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in regulating cell proliferation and apoptosis, making RASSF2 significant in cancer research. Located primarily in the nucleus, RASSF2 interacts with the Ras signaling pathway, which is essential for transmitting signals from cell surface receptors to various intracellular effectors.
