RANK Antibody (H-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects RANK protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RANK Antibody (H-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RANK, or receptor activator of NFκB, plays a crucial role in the immune system and bone metabolism by mediating the differentiation and activation of osteoclasts, which are essential for bone resorption. This type I membrane receptor is predominantly expressed on dendritic cells and is involved in the signaling pathways activated by the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor superfamily. The interaction between RANK and RANKL is vital for the regulation of T cells and osteoclasts, highlighting RANK′s importance in maintaining bone homeostasis and immune responses.
