    SEE ALSO...

Ral B Antibody (C-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects RalB in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RalB (C-8) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RalB, along with RalA, is part of a unique subfamily of Ras-related GTPases, which are crucial for various cellular processes. These proteins are activated by a specific nucleotide exchange factor known as Ral GDS and are inactivated by distinct GTPase-activating proteins. RalB plays a significant role in regulating cellular signaling pathways, particularly in cancer biology, where RalB has been implicated in promoting cell proliferation and survival. RalB′s ability to interact with downstream effectors, such as Ral BP-1, which contains a Rho-GTPase-activating domain, highlights RalB′s importance in modulating the activity of other GTPases like Cdc42. This interaction is vital for various cellular functions, including cytoskeletal dynamics and cell migration, making RalB a key player in the regulation of cellular behavior in response to external stimuli.
